High-touch support with extended accountability for lasting results. Comprehensive intake + personalized plan 1 Initial Kick off Call (90 minutes) During this call, we will: Review your comprehensive intake form together so I understand your child’s sleep environment, feeding patterns, and temperament. Walk step-by-step through your personalized sleep plan, making sure you feel confident about the approach and clear on what to expect. Answer your questions and talk through any “what ifs” so you feel prepared before making changes. Set realistic goals and talk about what success will look like for your family. Think of this call as the foundation of our work together—it’s where I make sure the plan feels manageable for you, tailored to your child, and aligned with your parenting style. Families leave this call feeling clear, supported, and ready to begin with confidence. 2 full weeks of support Daily email check-ins + up to 3 extra coaching calls Priority message response within 90 minutes (8am–4pm) Bonus resources for troubleshooting and long-term success Best for families who want close guidance, consistent coaching, and the confidence to reach their long-term sleep goals. How to Choose the Right Support Length Every child’s sleep journey is unique, and the right package depends on both age and the type of sleep struggles you’re facing. Here’s a simple guide to help you decide: Infants (under 12 months): Often do well with 1 week of support. Two weeks may be recommended if your baby has multiple sleep props (nursing, rocking, co-sleeping) or if you’re making several changes at once. Toddlers (12–18 months): Can sometimes manage with 1 week if you’re only shifting nap timing or dropping a night feed. If they’re learning independent sleep for the first time, breaking strong habits, or resisting sleep, 2 weeks provides the consistency needed for success. Older Toddlers (18 months–3 years): At this stage, strong wills, separation anxiety, and bedtime battles are common. 2 weeks is strongly recommended, as the first week is about adjusting routines and the second week is where consistency really pays off. This also applies if you’re navigating big transitions like moving to one nap, crib-to-bed changes, or setting new boundaries. Still not sure? Book the package that feels right and we can always adjust your plan together. I’ll guide you toward the level of support that best fits your child’s needs and your parenting style.
